Job summary

Roche is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to own operational domains end-to-end within the ERP program, leveraging data tooling, automation and AI to improve accuracy and speed of business processes.

In this global role, you will manage workforce data, support budgeting, and deliver executive-ready insights to ERP leadership, collaborating across finance, supply chain and manufacturing teams to drive transformational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business operations, PMO, or financial analysis within a digital technology or large-scale transformation environment.
• A proven track record of independently owning ambiguous analysis topics from a vague question down to a structured, leadership-ready presentation.
• Experience working within global matrix organizations, ERP/SAP environments, or regulated fields (Pharma/Biotech) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the unit's comprehensive global workforce data baseline (internal FTEs, external partners, location strategies, and capacity scaling models).
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and planned-vs-actual cost tracking; reconcile data across sustainment and program lines.
• Prepare and quality-assure recurring status reports, KPI dashboards, and governance materials for ERP Leadership Team.
• Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and redesign them using spreadsheets, BI dashboards, and AI productivity tools.
• Act as a dependable contact point across Value Streams, chasing inputs, managing deadlines, and navigating stakeholder pushback constructively.
• Independently structure and drive complex analysis topics sponsored by the Head of ERP, defining problem spaces and delivering recommendations.
