Job summary

CD Projekt is seeking an IT automation specialist to drive infrastructure automation, designing and implementing tools that speed up engineering workflows. You will develop scripts for admin tasks, manage IaC, and support CI/CD across Windows and Linux environments, with hybrid work options in Warsaw.

Required are 3+ years in automation or advanced systems administration, proficiency in Python or PowerShell, and strong communication skills to collaborate across IT and security teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT process automation, programming, or advanced systems administration.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python or PowerShell).
• Experience designing, building, and deploying automation tools in production.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, version control systems, and CI/CD.
• Experience administering Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Ansible or other configuration management tools and Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix or Prometheus) and Grafana.
• Highly analytical with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive work approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and maintain advanced scripts and applications that automate administrative tasks in IT infrastructure.
• Analyze automation areas and lead projects that improve team velocity and tool optimization.
• Develop, integrate, and manage tools for IaC, monitoring, and CI/CD across systems.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and share knowledge on automation strategies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automation tools and processes.
• Work with ITSECOPS and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Continuously improve processes by exploring new technologies and industry best practices.
