Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Proven track record delivering SAP-based initiatives (S/4HANA, ECC, migrations, rollouts).
• Experience with non-SAP enterprise applications is desirable.
• Experience in international, matrix organizations with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP, SAP, business, and IT transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and portfolios, prioritizing resources and dependencies.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and success criteria.
• Deliver SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead projects involving SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications.
• Drive business process optimization and organizational change with ERP transformations.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, sponsors, vendors, and IT stakeholders.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions to executives and ensure alignment.
• Establish governance, manage budgets/forecasts, risk and issue management.
• Adhere to organizational standards and delivery methodologies.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches for high-quality outcomes.
• Manage external partners and cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
