Job summary

EY GDS Poland invites experienced cybersecurity leaders to join its Data Protection & Privacy practice as a Manager, leading complex client engagements and shaping the growth of the Data Protection capability across global clients.

You will guide governance, data lifecycle protection, and privacy programs while mentoring teams, engaging in business development, and delivering high-impact solutions within EY's Cybersecurity center of excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data protection projects.
• Strong knowledge of data protection concepts and DLP.
• Experience with protection-related services and data lifecycle management.
• English at Advanced level (C1 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Data Protection engagements for diverse clients.
• Advise on strategy, governance, and technology transformations.
• Design solutions to identify, classify, protect, and manage sensitive data.
• Coach and mentor Data Protection professionals and grow the team.
• Support recruitment and capability-building activities.
