Infolet is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate an enterprise technology transformation program migrating workloads from VMware vSphere to Red Hat OpenShift. You will manage the migration lifecycle from discovery to decommissioning, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders. The role emphasizes strong programme coordination, governance, and clear communication to ensure minimal business disruption while delivering results. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technology transformation and migration projects.
• Strong VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter expertise.
• Solid Red Hat OpenShift knowledge: architecture, namespaces, workloads, storage.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Strong dependency and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end migration from VMware vSphere to OpenShift.
• Develop an integrated transition roadmap with design, build, and cutover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure and apps.
• Define migration waves and prioritise workloads.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Track readiness and operational requirements.
• Prepare status reports for steering committees.
• Oversee change-management and handover activities.
• Ensure governance and compliance with service management standards.
