Job summary

IAG GBS (Global Business Services) in Kraków is seeking an experienced Master Data Analyst to manage Customer, Finance, and Material master data. You will validate data, ensure accuracy, and support planning, budgeting and forecasting with SAP MDG and S4Hana in line with master data policy.

You will process Guided Buying requests in SLP, MDG and S4Hana, perform data changes, monitor KPIs and continuously improve data quality while collaborating with the Enterprise Data Team.

Qualifications

• Data governance and master data management basics.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG/S4HANA and data quality controls.
• Experience with data validation and data quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP, MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure
• Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. GL accounts, bank, customer, vendor, materials) as approved by the business
• Resolve data-collection issues and queries related to Master Data
• Conduct phone calls with suppliers to ensure secured data
• Prepare KPIs and monitor SLAs
• Continuously implement improvements
• Create and Maintain Procedures, Process Maps and Manuals

Purpose of the role
