Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Master Data specialist to manage customer and finance data within SAP MDG and S4Hana. You will validate data, ensure accuracy, and support planning, budgeting and forecasting across IAG.

Working with the Enterprise Data Team, you will process Guided Buying requests in SAP Ariba, align data changes with policy, and drive data quality improvements in a fast-moving global environment at Kraków headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP MDG, S4HANA or related master data platforms.
• Ability to validate data accuracy and drive timely data updates for reporting.
• Strong collaboration with finance and procurement teams to ensure data quality.

Responsibilities

• Process Master Data requests in SAP MDG and S4Hana in line with policy.
• Execute changes to SAP master data (GL accounts, banking, customers, vendors, materials) as approved.
• Resolve data-collection issues and respond to queries related to Master Data.
• Prepare KPIs and monitor SLAs for data management processes.
• Continuously implement improvements to Master Data processes and tools.
• Create and maintain Procedures, Process Maps and Manuals.

Purpose of the role

Day to day Master Data Management Processes (Customer & Finance Master Data, Material management)

Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and

planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes across IAG.

Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager.

Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP (SAP Ariba), SAP MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedures
