Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Master Data Specialist for a temporary 18-month contract. You will manage customer and finance master data, validate data, and support reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities across IAG.

Responsibilities include processing requests in SAP MDG/S4Hana, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting the Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager. A data-driven mindset and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with guided buying in SAP Ariba, MDG and S4Hana for master data handling.
• Ability to execute changes to SAP master data (GL accounts, bank, customer, vendor, materials).
• Strong data quality focus and issue resolution in Master Data.
• Ability to prepare KPIs and monitor SLAs in data processes.
• Experience implementing process improvements in data management.
• Create and maintain procedures, process maps and manuals.

Purpose of the role

Role Details

Day to day Master Data Management Processes (Customer & Finance Master Data, Material management)

Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes across IAG.

Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager.
