Job summary

IAG GBS, part of International Airlines Group, seeks a Master Data Specialist for a temporary 18-month contract in Kraków. The role focuses on validating and processing master data across Customer and Finance domains to support planning and reporting.

You will work closely with the Enterprise Data Team, handling SAP MDG and S4Hana changes, driving data accuracy, and preparing KPIs while contributing to process improvement and the creation of documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Master Data management processes.
• Experience with SAP MDG and S4Hana.
• Ability to validate data for reporting and planning.
• Familiarity with guided buying policies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP, MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure.
• Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. GL accounts, bank, customer, vendor, materials, etc.) as approved by the business.
• Resolve data-collecting issues and queries related to Master Data.
• Prepare KPIs and monitor SLAs.
• Continuously implement improvements.
• Create and Maintain Procedures, Process Maps and Manuals.

Purpose of the role

Role for temporary contract for 18 months

• Day to day Master Data Management Processes (Customer & Finance Master Data, Material management)
• Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and
• planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes across IAG.
• Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager.
• Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP (SAP Ariba), SAP MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedures
• Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. GL accounts, bank, customer, materials, etc.) as approved by the business
