Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Master Data Specialist in Kraków to manage customer, finance, and material data with SAP MDG and S/4HANA. You will validate data quality, support planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and coordinate with the Enterprise Data Team to ensure policy compliance.

The role requires handling data requests, changing master data entries, and delivering KPI reports while continuously improving procedures and processes within a global, fast-moving industry.

Qualifications

• Experience with Master Data Management processes across customer, finance, and material data.
• Ability to validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness for management reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP MDG and SAP Ariba guided buying workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP, MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure.
• Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. GL accounts, bank, customer, vendor, materials) as approved by the business.
• Resolve data-collection issues and queries related to Master Data; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Create and maintain procedures, process maps and manuals.

Purpose of the role

Day to day Master Data Management Processes (Customer & Finance Master Data, Material management) Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes across IAG. Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager.
