Job summary

Hightouch in Poland is seeking a senior analytics/solutions architect to join our enterprise team. You’ll own data architecture for large clients, design identity matching, and lead a team of agents to implement scalable solutions.

You'll work with marketing data and warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery, and define success metrics. Candidates should bring deep SQL, data modeling, and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery).
• Knowledge of identity resolution or CDPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture for complex enterprise customers.
