Job summary

Haleon in Poznań seeks an Enterprise Architect - Cyber, Cloud, Data & AI to lead the design and governance of secure, scalable cloud/data/AI architectures across the business. You will translate strategic goals into robust security architectures and guide IT projects with expert guidance.

You will mentor a team of cybersecurity architects and engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while enabling secure innovation in cloud, data analytics, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of professional cybersecurity experience including cloud, data, and AI security.
• Strategic thinking translating business, data, and AI requirements into secure architectures.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience designing and governing cybersecurity solutions for large-scale multi-cloud environments.
• Expertise in cloud security (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data protection, and AI security.
• Experience evaluating cloud security platforms, data security tools, and AI security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy for cloud, data, and AI environments.
• Provide leadership on cybersecurity architecture for IT projects and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to align security architecture with goals and risk appetite.
• Lead evaluation and selection of cybersecurity solutions for cloud, data, and AI systems.
• Establish governance processes and architecture review boards for compliance and standards.
• Oversee risk assessments related to cloud, data, and AI designs and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor cybersecurity architects, engineers, and related professionals specializing in cloud, data, and AI security.
• Contribute to incident response planning and ensure resilience against cloud, data, and AI threats.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
