Haleon is seeking an Enterprise Architect - Cyber, Cloud, Data & AI to lead the enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy for cloud, data, and AI environments. You will guide security frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive secure adoption of cloud and AI technologies across the organization.

The role requires strong product selection judgment, experience in governance, and mentoring a team of security professionals in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years in cybersecurity architecture
• Strategic thinking to translate data and AI needs into secure, scalable architectures
• Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Experience designing governance for cloud, data, and AI security in multi-cloud, hybrid setups

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy for cloud, data, and AI environments
• Provide leadership on cloud, data, and AI cybersecurity architecture for IT projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align architecture with goals and risk appetite
• Lead evaluation and selection of security solutions for cloud, data, and AI environments
• Establish governance processes including architecture review boards and standards compliance
• Oversee risk assessments and mitigation for cloud/data/AI designs
• Mentor a diverse team of cybersecurity architects and engineers
• Contribute to incident response planning and resilience against AI/cloud threats
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
