Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, performance management or business operations within complex or matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and evolve the Pillar’s delivery and operational portfolio.
• Maintain a single, coherent view of all CRC programmes, workstreams and initiatives.
• Ensure delivery plans align to CRC strategic objectives.
• Apply standard approaches to prioritisation, performance tracking and escalation.
• Coordinate governance forums and ensure actions are tracked.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, including OKRs and roadmaps.
• Support budgeting inputs and integration with financial reporting.
• Prepare executive communications and support leadership decision-making.
