Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead IT governance and enterprise architecture initiatives across ERP, applications, data and cloud domains. The role focuses on building robust governance, standards, and decision frameworks to align technology with business strategy.

You will work closely with the IT Director to shape target architectures, roadmaps and governance processes, benefiting from experience in mature or regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise Architect in large, mature or regulated organisations.
• Proven experience in IT / Architecture Governance.
• ERP experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of complex IT landscapes, integrations and dependencies.
• Experience with architecture standards, reference architectures and governance forums.
• Experience in large, mature or highly regulated organisations is advantageous (finance/banking).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others.

Enterprise Architect – IT Governance / ERP

I’m looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect for my client — a large international organisation with several thousand employees across Poland and Europe.

This is a hands‑on role focused on building Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance.

What will you do?

• Build and implement the Architecture Governance model.
• Define architecture principles, standards, reference architectures and decision frameworks.
• Work across ERP, applications, integration, data, Cloud and Security.
• Define target architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Establish architecture decision-making, ownership and governance processes.
• Review key technology decisions and identify architectural dependencies, risks and technical debt.
• Bring best practices and experience from mature enterprise environments.
• Support the organisation in assessing AI / GenAI and emerging technologies.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Proven experience in IT / Architecture Governance.
• Strong ERP experience – mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of complex IT landscapes, integrations and dependencies.
• Experience with architecture standards, reference architectures and governance forums.
• Experience from large, mature or highly regulated organisations — financial services/banking experience would be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to share knowledge and influence others.
