Job summary

Addepto is seeking an AI Strategic Consultant to shape AI strategies for enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations define AI direction, identify high-impact use cases, and guide initiatives from concept to production.

You will influence through senior stakeholder engagement, drive roadmaps, and scale AI programs across functions, with a focus on measurable business impact and ROI. This role supports remote and hybrid work across global client projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Economics or related field; MBA a plus.
• Extensive experience in AI, data or digital transformation, including senior or leadership roles in consulting or industry.
• Proven track record of defining AI strategies and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of modern AI (ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI) with technical depth for challenge but not day-to-day hands-on.
• Experience leading AI Centers of Excellence or transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client workshops, onboarding and on-site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders to shape AI value.
• Define and own AI strategy and roadmaps, including ROI and investment cases.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across functions.
• Build/scale AI Centers of Excellence and operating models.
• Translate business goals into AI initiatives for production delivery.
• Monitor market trends in Generative AI and assess strategic impact.
• Drive AI adoption and change management, including training and literacy.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client relationships.
