Job summary

Nebuly is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to bridge pre-sales and post-sales in a remote-friendly European setting. You will close technically complex pilots, design deployment architectures (cloud/on-premise), and drive value realization across enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solution Architect / Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager role in B2B SaaS.
• Deep familiarity with observability, monitoring, or analytics infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise AI or data infrastructure is a plus.
• Comfortable discussing cloud and on-premise deployment architectures with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: partner with Sales Directors to win complex enterprise deals.
• Pre-sales: lead technical discovery of customer AI stack, data infra, security, deployment constraints.
• Pre-sales: design integration and deployment architecture (cloud or on-premise).
• Pre-sales: run pilots end-to-end from setup to value demonstration.
• Post-sales: own technical relationship after signature; be primary contact for product/infra.
• Post-sales: monitor adoption, identify risks, drive value realization, grow expansions.
• Feed insights to engineering/PM teams.
