Job summary

Norconsult Poland is seeking an Engineering Team Manager to lead and deliver complex Danish-market projects while building and growing an Extended Engineering Team in Poland. You will work closely with Danish colleagues to align technical solutions with client needs and drive a scalable cross-border operating model.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and people development, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture across multinational teams and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Requires MSc or BSc in Structural or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of engineering projects for the Danish market, ensuring high technical quality and successful outcomes.
• Act as a trusted partner to Danish project teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
• Build, develop, and lead Norconsult's Extended Engineering Team in Poland with recruitment and development ownership.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with accountability and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation with Danish stakeholders for cross-border capabilities.
• Serve as a key link between Norconsult Denmark and Poland to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
• Contribute to standard development and scalable cross-border operating models.
