Job summary

GetResponse is seeking an Engineering Manager in Poland to unite people leadership, delivery excellence and engineering processes within IT. You’ll lead up to three teams with a focus on high-quality code and continuous improvement.

You’ll report to an IT Director, shaping team culture and collaborating with Product Managers and fellow Engineering Managers. Polish fluency and English at B2+ are required, with a strong leadership background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in similar leadership roles (Engineering Manager / Team Leader).
• Proven track record in people management and leadership.
• Experience with two or more programming languages or strong technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of team performance and key results with Product Managers.
• Monitor progress, health and predictability across sprints and projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning, work and delivery processes.
• Identify and remove impediments, ensuring resources are available.
• Hire team members, manage budgets, visibility and recognition.
• Support team culture, communication and development.
• Collaborate with other Engineering Managers and Product Managers.
