Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to support the Group CTO organization. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Technology teams, shaping people strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.

You will collaborate with Technology leaders to align HR programs with business goals, advise on performance, talent development, succession, and DEI initiatives, and stay ahead of industry trends to support engineering growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior partner role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology leaders to develop and implement People and Culture strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Technology Leaders and employees, providing guidance on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Technology leaders to identify and address talent gaps, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals and effective succession planning.
• Proactively analyse HR metrics and trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture of belonging and equal opportunities.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Technology Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, career development, and employee recognition.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Technology talent management, HR policies, and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
