Job summary

InPost seeks an experienced People Business Partner to support its Group CTO organization. You will collaborate with Technology leaders to shape people strategies for engineering and drive a high-performance culture.

You will partner with leaders on performance, talent development, employee relations, DEI initiatives, and organizational effectiveness, while analysing HR metrics and staying current with employment regulations across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner supporting engineering/technical teams.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders to drive talent strategy and engagement.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology leaders to develop People and Culture strategies that align with business objectives.
• Advise Technology Leaders and employees on performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify and address talent gaps and succession planning with Technology leaders.
• Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decisions.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of HR programs.
• Drive DEI initiatives to foster belonging and equal opportunities.
• Coach Technology Leaders on people management, feedback, and career development.
• Stay current on industry trends in tech talent management and HR compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistency of HR initiatives.
