Job summary

Auctane is expanding its Poland hub in Wroclaw and seeks an Engineering Manager who will lead a multi-member team, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will mentor engineers, define architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders across the company. Polish and English fluency are required, with a hybrid work setup and a focus on DevOps and cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Polish and English fluency are required for this role.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying AWS-based solutions with focus on quality.
• Strong background in designing low-latency, high-throughput APIs using DDD principles.
• Proven ability to lead projects using Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-member engineering team.
• Deliver products in line with signed-off plans.
• Maintain code quality and functionality through production.
• Define features and components under team ownership.
• Improve processes and engineering practices across the team.
• Mentor less experienced developers and guide architecture decisions.
• Communicate progress and findings to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to plan priorities and actions.
