Auctane in Poland (Wroclaw) is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join our Poland engineering team. You will contribute to backend development, APIs, and test automation across our products and platforms, collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, including Java 17+, Spring Boot, AWS, and CI/CD practices, while growing your skills and career in the expanding Auctane engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Java (17+), OOP fundamentals.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• RESTful API development and clean code practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Polish and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Learn and work with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3).
• Develop and maintain test automation using Playwright and Java.
• Collaborate in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
• Support CI/CD processes using GitHub and Jenkins.
