TD SYNNEX is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a 10–15 person software team across .NET and React, focusing on architectural direction rather than day-to-day coding. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience as a .NET/C# Software Engineer or Technical Lead.
• Strong understanding of .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices and modern software architecture.
• Experience leading Agile engineering teams delivering enterprise software.
• Experience with Azure is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and AI-assisted development.
