Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a 10–15 person software team across .NET and React, focusing on architectural direction rather than day-to-day coding. You will shape European Digital Commerce initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and uphold best practices in a growing, multicultural environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic delivery, and collaboration across Europe, with hybrid work and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience as a .NET/C# Software Engineer or Technical Lead.
• Strong understanding of .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices and modern software architecture.
• Experience leading Agile engineering teams delivering enterprise software.
• Experience with Azure is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 10–15 Software Engineers (.NET & React).
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
• Drive delivery of European Digital Commerce projects and platform initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects and stakeholders across Europe.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership with a focus on the .NET ecosystem.
• Support engineering best practices, code quality and solution design without day-to-day coding.
• Manage team capacity, delivery planning, priorities and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps and Architecture teams.
