Qualifications

- Five+ years in a technology role, with leadership experience.
- Experience delivering software in an agile environment.
Responsibilities

- Partner with product and business leaders to shape strategy and priorities.
- Guide initiatives from discovery to production with timely delivery.
- Drive architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Establish goals, KPIs, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staffing for projects.
