Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is hiring a Software Engineer III ( .NET Full Stack ) for our technology team in Warsaw.

You will design and develop complex solutions with a strong backend, database, and middle-tier emphasis, collaborating with product managers and engineers to modernize critical systems used in freight booking. The role requires 3+ years in software development, fluency in English, and experience with C#, .NET, APIs, microservices, databases, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a software development team environment.
• 3+ years of experience with C#, .NET and object-oriented development.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience designing or developing microservices, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes or containerized environments.
• Experience with code reviews, testing, and version control.
• Fluent English.
• Preferred: data streaming concepts, Azure DevOps pipelines, large distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define interfaces and drive architectural changes with engineers and stakeholders.
• Optimize, refactor, and modernize code for performance and scalability.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and split projects into deliverables.
• Improve code quality via reviews and automated tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in distributed systems.
• Apply secure programming practices and enhance application security.
• Collaborate with teams across Poland and the US; share knowledge.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools while validating results.
