Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in electronics manufacturing or EMS or similar advanced manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and developing engineering organizations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, labor cost optimization, and scrap reduction; hands-on automation experience.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge; KPI-driven environment experience.
• Ability to influence managers, lead change, and engage across org levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 25-person Engineering organization including Product and Process Engineering Teams.
• Define and execute the plant's engineering and technology roadmap.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects across the organization.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects from quotation through production launch.
• Work with customers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and feasibility assessments.
• Identify and implement manufacturing improvements delivering measurable value and ROI.
• Support production operations through strong technical leadership and problem solving.
