Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland Sp. z o.o. seeks an Automation and CapEx Lead to define and execute investment and automation strategies across HUB Europe. You will oversee CapEx governance, drive smart factory initiatives, and align projects with business objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing, strong Industry 4.0 knowledge, and leadership with English fluency. You will mentor a team of CapEx and Automation Specialists and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Master or bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and automation technologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, English fluency.

Responsibilities

Lead the HUB Europe CapEx and Automation strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee CapEx governance, planning, monitoring, and budget optimization.
Define manufacturing automation and smart factory roadmaps across sites.
Develop automation solutions with scalable ROI and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with factory managers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.
