Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking an Engineering Manager (gn) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE to elevate engineering excellence, drive platform maturity, and deliver reliable CRM solutions that power our global Sales organization.

You will lead a global team, shape the platform strategy including AI initiatives, codify best practices, and collaborate with Product Management and external partners to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers and technical consultants.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service.
• Fluent English in professional speaking and writing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform
• Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forward‑looking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth
• Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions
