EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support Finance and HR workstreams. You will analyze business needs and design functional solutions using standard D365 capabilities, then configure Finance and HR modules.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and assist in testing and validation. Hybrid work design with remote options within Poland is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis.
• Experience in Functional Design and ERP solution design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Finance and HR modules.
• Expertise in D365 Finance and D365 Human Resources.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

We are looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support the Finance and HR workstreams. The consultant should have strong knowledge of D365 functionality, be able to analyze business requirements, design functional solutions using standard D365 capabilities, and perform system configuration.

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Human Resources modules
• Support the Finance and HR workstreams throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions
• Assist in testing and validation of configured solutions

Requirements
