Job summary

EcoVadis is seeking an Engineering Leader to own a high-impact product domain. You will partner with Product Leadership to co-own the roadmap and ensure business success, while guiding a large cross-functional team in a B2B SaaS environment.

The role blends deep technical leadership with a strong product mindset. You will mentor ~20 engineers in a hybrid Warsaw setting, driving architectural direction and ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions with international collaboration and a clear

Qualifications

8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
Deep experience building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions
Strong knowledge of modern web app development and cloud platforms (.NET Core, React, Azure)
Excellent communication in English and Polish (C1/C2)

Responsibilities

Define the product vision and roadmap, bridging engineering feasibility and business goals
Lead and grow a cross-functional team (~20 engineers and specialists)
Drive operational excellence, velocity and minimize friction for high-impact initiatives
Provide technical direction and challenge architectural decisions for scalable solutions
Coordinate across engineering, product and design to align priorities
Oversee quality and performance, manage technical debt and new features
Grow senior talent and manage staffing capabilities
