Job summary

Caspian One in Krakow is seeking an Engineering Practice Lead to drive large-scale engineering transformation initiatives across software, data, operations and infrastructure. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering coordination, transformation programmes, or infrastructure-focused projects.
• Familiarity with engineering maturity models, standards, and modern infrastructure components.
