TechTree is recruiting for an Engineering Lead to run the Warsaw office of a fast-growing YC startup modernising America's industrial supply chain. This on-site role in Warsaw leads a team of about 10 full-stack engineers, owning hiring, delivery and code quality while staying hands-on.

You’ll set the technical direction for an internationally deployed SaaS product, push the team toward AI coding frontiers, and collaborate closely with founders and customers. Travel up to SF quarterly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of genuine full-stack experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams (~10 people) ideally in Poland.
• Experience building and running internationally deployed SaaS.
• Fluent English and comfortable working for founders in their early twenties.
• Bonus: Series A–C startup experience, client-facing work, time working outside Poland.

Engineering Lead — Lead the Warsaw engineering office of a fast-growing YC startup modernising America's industrial supply chain. On‑site, Warsaw.

Our client is a YC W25 company (top 5% growth in its batch) that has raised $10M+ from top-tier investors. It's building an AI-native platform that makes aerospace, electronics, industrial and defense supply‑chain operations nearly autonomous, and already runs at 7‑figure ARR with ~$50M a week transacting through the system.

You’ll lead the Warsaw office: a team of about 10 full-stack engineers building the platform customers quote and purchase on. You’ll own hiring, delivery and code quality, still write code, and work directly with the founders, the SF team and customers.

What’s on offer:

$135K–$150K base salary plus 0.02%–0.05% equity, full-time on‑site in Warsaw.
