Job summary

TechTree in Warsaw seeks a Senior Engineering Lead to guide our local office of about 10 full-stack engineers. You will own hiring, delivery and code quality, and still write code, collaborating directly with the founders, our SF team and customers.

This full-time, on-site role sets the technical direction for a SaaS product deployed internationally, with travel up to a week per quarter to SF HQ and client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of genuine full-stack experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams of around 10 people, ideally in Poland.
• You've built and run internationally deployed SaaS
• You work at the frontier of AI coding and push your team to do the same
• You're comfortable working for founders in their early twenties

The role

You'll lead our Warsaw engineering office, a team of about 10 full-stack engineers building the platform our customers quote and purchase on. You'll own hiring, delivery and code quality, and you'll still write code. You'll work directly with the founders, our SF team and our customers.
