Job summary

SalesPatriot is seeking a hands-on full-stack engineer to join our Warsaw team. You will ship features in TS and modern frontend frameworks like Svelte or React, with a focus on end-to-end development using Postgres.

You should be proficient in SQL and comfortable learning from senior engineers in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll work in our Warsaw office, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, with up to one week of travel per quarter to SF HQ or client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building full-stack products with measurable outcomes.
• Showcase a GitHub repo, live app, or Loom walkthrough demonstrating work.
• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with at least one frontend framework.
• Ability to write SQL and work with relational data directly.
• Experience using AI coding tools and awareness of their limits.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with founders.
• Willingness to work in Warsaw office and engage in quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end from schema to UI for our platform.
• Ship real product improvements within the first weeks of joining.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and participate in design decisions.
• Occasionally travel up to one week per quarter to SF or customer sites.

The Role

You'll join our Warsaw engineering team and build the product our customers run their quoting and purchasing on every day. You'll ship real features from your first week, with senior engineers reviewing your work and pulling you into design decisions.

• Full time, in person in our Warsaw office, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. This is not a remote role.

• Svelte, TypeScript, Postgres.

• Build features end to end, from schema to UI.

• Up to one week of international travel per quarter (SF HQ or customer sites).

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years building full-stack products.

• You've shipped something you can show us: a GitHub repo, a live web app, or a Loom walkthrough.

• Strong in TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React, Svelte, Next, etc).

• Comfortable writing SQL, not just calling an ORM.

• You use AI coding tools every day and know where they break.

• Fluent English.

• You're comfortable working for founders in their early twenties.

• Hackathons, meetups, or public speaking are a plus.

• Low ego, curious, learns fast.
