TechTree is recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer on behalf of our client. The role is on-site in Warsaw, focusing on building an AI-native platform to modernise industrial supply chains.

You will join a Warsaw engineering team, working with platform and forward deployed engineers to integrate with ERPs and email-driven workflows to move real orders daily. The candidate should have 5+ years of genuine full-stack experience, a shipped product to show, strong TypeScript, and deep SQL/Postgres

• Experience designing systems on your own, not just building to spec.

This is a role that TechTree is recruiting for on behalf of one of our clients. TechTree is an AI-driven recruitment platform working with high-growth companies. Senior Software Engineer — Build the AI-native platform modernising America's industrial supply chain. On-site, Warsaw. Our client is a YC W25 company (top 5% growth in its batch) that has raised $10M+ from top-tier investors. Its platform makes aerospace, electronics, industrial and defense supply-chain operations nearly autonomous, and already runs at 7-figure ARR with ~$50M a week transacting through the system. You'll join the Warsaw engineering team, working with the platform team and forward deployed engineers to build the systems customers run on, much of it integrating with legacy ERPs and email-driven workflows that move real orders every day.

What's on offer:

$100K–$120K base salary plus 0.01%–0.015% equity, full-time on-site in Warsaw.
