• Own the electronics architecture of the optical satellite from schematics through layout, bring-up, production and in-orbit operations.
• Stay hands-on with design work while guiding the team and setting direction.
• Drive R&D on new concepts and ensure high-bar board design across high-speed, power, and harness work.
• Investigate on-ground and on-orbit anomalies; drive a fast, iterative design process.
