Job summary

The Adecco Group in Kraków is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to provide frontline support for internal teams, clients, vendors and users of Vendor Management Software solutions. You will communicate issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely feedback and responses to end users.

Responsibilities include contractor onboarding, ticket response, furlough tracking, visa letter creation, payroll requests, and maintaining accurate documentation while meeting SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a service level industry or 1–3 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contractor onboarding process.
• Respond to tickets and inquiries including general requests, updates, invoicing questions, timesheet questions, visa letter requests, reporting requests and more.
• Handle furlough tracking and exception approval process.
• Send reminders for missing timesheets and upcoming contract expirations.
• Create visa letters for time & materials contractors.
• Handle pre-ID/payroll request management.
• Respond to inbound calls, tickets, and emails in a timely manner per SLA.
• Utilize VMS software to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues per standard escalation procedures.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Document all contacts per Customer Support SOP.
• Maintain knowledge of supported software solutions and assist in training peers.
