Hitachi is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead with deep energy‑industry experience to join our Cloud & Data Engineering practice. You will partner with sales to shape opportunities and own the technical delivery from architecture to go‑live, leading multi‑discipline teams across cloud, data, and DevSecOps.

You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, manage risks and stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with energy‑sector standards.

Competenze

• 8+ years in technical delivery roles with energy-industry focus (production, transmission, distribution)
• Experience supporting or leading pre‑sales activity alongside account teams
• Track record leading multi‑workstream delivery projects
• Hands‑on or delivery‑leadership experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD/DevSecOps
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and energy systems integration
• Strong stakeholder management across client executives and technical teams
• Experience managing delivery teams and budgets; familiarity with Managed Services
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field; energy-sector platforms familiarity
• Certifications in PMP/TOGAF/ITIL or cloud architectures are a plus
• Exposure to grid modernization and energy-transition initiatives

Mansioni

• Partner with Account Managers and Sales to identify, shape and qualify new business opportunities within energy-sector accounts
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client technical and business stakeholders (IT, OT, engineering, operations leadership)
• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand client challenges, current systems landscape and business drivers
• Translate client needs into compelling, technically sound solution concepts and value propositions
• Support RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, solution architecture documents and pricing estimates
• Own end-to-end technical delivery of won opportunities, transitioning from sales to execution
• Define solution architecture and delivery approach across cloud engineering, application engineering, DevSecOps, managed services and data engineering
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to plan, execute and deliver projects on time, on budget and to scope
• Manage delivery risk, scope, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure solutions align with energy-industry standards and best practices across cloud and data platforms
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during delivery
• Help define operating models and SLAs for Managed Services transitions
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Contribute to long-term technical roadmaps for energy clients
• Mentor junior delivery and pre-sales staff
