Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience in the electricity sector.
• Strong understanding of European power markets and drivers for renewables, BESS and hybrids.
• Experience assessing offtake structures, revenue streams and risk allocation for renewables/storage.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; translate market data into recommendations.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated success managing workstreams or project teams.
• English written and spoken fluency.

Responsibilities

• Support renewables and BESS developers, investors, IPPs and asset owners in evaluating route-to-market and offtake strategies.
• Work with Head of Origination to identify, develop, and convert client opportunities.
• Support PPA, FPA, tolling, floor and hybrid contracts, including tender prep and negotiation support.
• Assess market revenues, risk allocation, capture prices, and bankability implications.
• Lead workstreams and project teams to deliver rigorous analysis and clear recommendations.
• Prepare client-facing materials, proposals, pitch decks and workshop outputs.
• Contribute to origination toolkit with playbooks, templates and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with advisory, research and software teams to apply market intelligence to mandates.
