Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital solution engineering or a related field.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong expertise in digital solutions, software engineering, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience in customer-facing solution delivery from requirements to adoption.
- Strong project and stakeholder management with budgets.
- Experience in industrial automation or related technology market.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; excellent English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the innovation and digital solution engineering team.
- Co-innovate with customers to identify opportunities and develop digital applications.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital solutions from discovery to go-live and ongoing support.
- Provide technical and consultative guidance to define customer solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales for demonstrations and value engineering.
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption through configuration, testing, training.
