Job summary

Medicover Integrated Clinical Services is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Proposal & Budget Coordinator to join our Proposal Team in Poland. You will support the preparation of proposals, budgets, and commercial documentation while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.

This role offers a path into business operations, proposal management, and clinical research services, with training and opportunities to develop cross-functional skills in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences or a related field.
Good command of English (B2) in writing and speaking.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset and comfort with numerical data and spreadsheets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive approach to work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation of proposals, budgets, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
