Job summary

Medicover Integrated Clinical Services is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Proposal & Budget Coordinator to join our Proposal Team in Poland. You will support the preparation of proposals, budgets, and commercial documentation while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.

This role offers a path into business operations, proposal management, and clinical research services, with training and opportunities to develop cross-functional skills in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Good command of English (B2) in writing and speaking.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with numerical data and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive approach to work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
