Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a seasoned EMEA Security Lead to drive physical security across the region from Katowice with occasional travel to Rockwell sites. You will work with EHS, IT Security and Workplace Services to align and deliver security activities.

Responsibilities include securing ~100 sites, managing guards and electronic security systems, and leading incident response while coordinating with local authorities. English communication and international travel are required.

Qualifications

• Min. 5+ years of experience in facilities, security and vendor management.
• Experience managing manned guard services and overseeing contracts.
• Ability to report and communicate in English, both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security across ~100 sites in the EMEA region.
• Manage barriers, CCTV, alarms, and guards.
• Coordinate with EHS, IT Security and Workplace Services.
• Lead incident management and investigations with internal and external partners.
