Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an EMEA Security Lead based in Katowice with responsibility for physical security across the region. You will coordinate with EHS, IT Security and Workplace Services to align security activities and secure Rockwell sites.

You will travel to Rockwell sites in the region, oversee CCTV, access control and guard services, and work with local authorities to ensure robust security and incident response preparedness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, security and vendor management.
• Experience managing manned guard services and overseeing contracts.
• Ability to report and communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security across ~100 sites in the EMEA region, including barriers, access controls, CCTV and alarms.
• Influence stakeholders to align security objectives while minimizing business disruption.
• Manage incident response training and investigations with internal teams and external agencies.
• Coordinate travel security support for employees traveling within the EMEA region.
• Liaise with local authorities and security partners to ensure compliant security operations.
