Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an experienced Product Manager, Axonics EMEA, to shape Sacral Neuromodulation strategies across the region. You will work with country sales, marketing and global teams to drive growth, execute launches and deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients.

The role blends strategic thinking with strong execution and a customer‑focused mindset, requiring collaboration across a matrix organisation and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, marketing and/or sales in MedTech.
• Experience in a regional EMEA environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of product launches and commercial strategy.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Axonics EMEA product strategy based on market insights and global objectives.
• Lead the SNM portfolio strategy and collaborate across functions to deliver growth.
• Develop and implement product launch plans, including sales enablement and value proposition.
• Support franchise planning with EMEA leadership and annual operating plan.
• Create regional product marketing plans aligned to objectives and local needs.
• Identify market opportunities and translate findings into growth strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimise market development and engagement.
• Ensure alignment with regional and global stakeholders on initiatives.
