Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to shape European referral engagement and advance diagnosis pathways for aortic stenosis.

You will own the CATALYST program, collaborate with country marketing teams, develop HCP education programs, and drive cross-functional projects across Europe. Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or related field; significant experience in Therapy Development, HCP engagement, strategic marketing or comparable role.
• Fluency in English, additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Italian) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap, supporting earlier, higher-quality referrals.
• Partner with country marketing and commercial field teams to identify referral barriers and translate insights into engagement strategies.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies, including educational sessions, referral events, and digital programs.
• Lead development of account activation approaches and prioritize stakeholders and bottlenecks.
• Partner with Medical Affairs and Professional Education to develop HCP education programs.
• Act as a central coordination point across a matrixed European organization.
• Define and monitor program success measures with the associate marketing manager.
• Consolidate learnings across markets and advise on improvements for scalability.
• Manage cross-functional projects, external agencies and program budgets.
