Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage multi-country payroll for the EMEAI region, ensuring timely data delivery to outsourced vendors and compliance with local laws. You will support transitions and audits, and collaborate with global payroll teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of multi-country payroll experience, strong language skills (Polish, English, German), and a track record in payroll implementation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-country payroll experience
• Excellent knowledge of Polish employment laws and payroll processes
• German payroll experience and knowledge would be advantageous
• Fluency in Polish, English and German (written and spoken)
• Payroll transition/implementation experience
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Change management and process re-engineering capabilities

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day payroll processing across countries
• Coordinate data to local payroll bureaus per calendar deadlines
• Ensure accurate and timely earnings statements and wage payments
• Handle payroll inquiries and escalation for EMEAI region
• Support payroll audits and regulatory compliance
• Document and maintain payroll procedures and controls
