Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Range & Product Manager, Food Preservation, based in Świdnica, Poland, operating in a hybrid office/remote model. You will own the product portfolio lifecycle, drive launches, and coordinate across Product Lines, R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing to maximize profitability and market impact.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, market insight, and a commercial mindset to optimize portfolio performance and lifecycle decisions.

• Experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and phase-out.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple functions, priorities and timelines.

• Commercial mindset with an understanding of portfolio management, pricing and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from product development and market launch to phase-out, ensuring strong commercial performance and alignment with category strategy.
• Support product development projects and lead launch readiness activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to successfully bring new products to market.
• Act as the central coordination point between Product Line, Commercial Areas, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sourcing, and external suppliers to ensure successful product delivery and lifecycle management.
• Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to support portfolio decisions and category growth.
• Collaborate with suppliers and operational teams to manage product changes, availability, product transitions, and potential business risks.
• Maintain accurate product information and drive continuous improvements in portfolio management, processes, and data quality.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams, providing product expertise, launch support, and recommendations on portfolio and product-related decisions.
